We need someone who really, really understands the Java Virtual Machine
(JVM). Maybe they worked at Sun developing it. Maybe they worked in an
industry (such as trading) where they really needed to control and tune
it. They should know how/when/why it chooses when to do garbage
collection, how to prioritize tasks, how to really pull every little
lever inside it.
 
If you can find someone like that, we’re excited. Chicago or Connecticut.
